“Priced Manuka honey and was astonished by the price variations. Medino were sensible and delivery was free. It was a simple and speedy exercise and I am very well pleased. The one comment I would make is that the package was crushed at the top end by, I assume, the delivery people, which disappointed an otherwise VG experience. Photo available if required.”

“Customer service is great but unfortunately my delivery wasn't packed great & 3 of the bottles in the box had leaked & soaked the base of the box. I haven't been able to let the company know until now.”

“The top of bottle was broken off yet the broken part was not in packaging . This means that your shipping department is not very careful . This was the austrailian gold moisture lock. I have since seen on reviews that this has happened to others too. Face guard was fine”
