“I received the picture on time but the frame was broken as it is not real wood and is cheaply made. After two emails to customer support I received a second picture and frame in the mail in a few days. The picture looks great and is very clear. I would recommend it to others”

We too were sorry that your order arrived damaged. Unfortunately once orders leave our premises they're no longer under our direct control and sometimes transit damage does occur. “I love the image that I bought and when framed will be displayed for years to come. Slight issue for delivery, was addressed to wrong house number, even though the correct one was clear on the invoice. Luckily the person was out and the delivery guy came to me to take it in. Sort that out I will buy more”

However you may not have been aware of this date, or realised that we don't hold stock (all of our products are made-to-order), so we do hope that this helps to explain the delivery time.
