“absolutely delighted with framed picture of Ventnor on Isle of Wight. It is a gift for my brother and sister in law for their golden wedding anniversary. We all love Ventnor and have happy memories there and this beautifully framed picture will make their day. Many many thanks for excellent service as well. “I received the picture on time but the frame was broken as it is not real wood and is cheaply made. After two emails to customer support I received a second picture and frame in the mail in a few days. The picture looks great and is very clear. I would recommend it to others”

We too were sorry that your order arrived damaged. Unfortunately once orders leave our premises they're no longer under our direct control and sometimes transit damage does occur.
