“Item ordered on 16th of December as a Christmas gift prior to last delivery date and paid £10 delivery charge. Now 28th of December and still no package. Contacted customer service yesterday to be told that they would chase up the tracking and let me know asap, now anther day has passed and still nothing and no response to telephone calls.”

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and the delay experienced with the tracking confirmation which was a result of the Christmas holiday break in our production :( However we are pleased to know that it arrived safely and that you were happy with our product and also satisfied that we refunded the delivery charge too :) Thank you for your feedback.

“I cannot sing the praises of media storehouse enough. The prints were magnificent. I was so excited to find that media storehouse had thousands of Ancient Greek prints available. The customer service has been excellent. I ordered on the 11th of December from England. I am in Australia. The prints arrived on the 18th and 19th of December with a courier who rang me to check that everything was ok. The communication is also excellent. I received notification of what was happening every step of the way. I received an email on the 16th of December to say that the order has been fulfilled and the prints arrived 2 days later. I will definitely sing the praises of media storehouse to all my friends and next time I want some artwork I will order from mediastorehouse. I have my eye on some astronomy prints for my bedroom. Maybe next year.”

“I bought the glass mounted picture of the kitten amongst bluebells as a Christmas gift for my sister. I was delighted with the service which is very prompt and efficient. “The puzzle arrived safely within the time specified. I was under the impression that the puzzle was going to be coloured as there were three options to choose from i.e. original, sepia or black and white. I opted for the original colour but when it arrived it was black and white. Is this correct?”

Thanks for your feedback Anthony. We can certainly produce original images which are colour as black and white or sepia but we can't produce images which are originally black & white as colour. The chosen image was black & white so the printing options offered were original (black & white) or sepia.
