“I love the image that I bought and when framed will be displayed for years to come. Slight issue for delivery, was addressed to wrong house number, even though the correct one was clear on the invoice. Luckily the person was out and the delivery guy came to me to take it in. Sort that out I will buy more”

Thanks for your feedback. Your order was dispatched on time and as per the estimated delivery date confirmed with the order. However you may not have been aware of this date, or realised that we don't hold stock (all of our products are made-to-order), so we do hope that this helps to explain the delivery time.

“Everything was excellent, from a very well designed and well thought out web pages to a framed print that was even better in real life to the internet picture. Plus the delivery from FedEx was spot on and all arrived with out any damage and on time. Now I have to get it to Greece myself with out causing any damage. “Very prompt delivery - arrived long before I expected it. I buy these presumably bespoke puzzles selecting scenes/places I have actually been to and seen in my travels - e.g. the Wailing wall in Jerusalem, penguins in Antarctica etc. The quality of the puzzles is excellent and I particularly like the completely matt finish so there is no glare obscuring the image. My only criticisms are related to the box, which is flimsy, and with no identification on the sides which means it becomes completely anonymous when stacked with others!”
