“Generally love me and em but too many floral prints and high neck frills right now. Dresses not long enough for me often. More plain linens next spring please. Easy ordering and returns. Great in stores.”

“Have been a loyal customer for years now - love your designs and the quality is amazing, with lots of unique features you don’t get at other brands! Also staff are very friendly helpful, and arranged repair for damaged me+em trousers of mine. Only thing that could be improved is the stores (e.g. kings road) are a bit small and can get very busy on weekends so you have to wait a long time for changing rooms!”

“Been a fan of this company for a good few years now but I do wish they would do different lengths both in dresses and trousers. We are not all size 8 and 5.8 tall.”

“My wardrobe is full of Me + Em which speaks for itself. I love the clothes, the shops particularly King’s Road, the ease of online ordering, Harper concierge etc. I am a total fan. My only criticism is that the prices have crept up significantly in the three years that I have been a very regular customer. This year, I have even been known to shop elsewhere! So I invite you to keep an eye on the prices please and could I even suggest a loyalty discount?”

“Great easy ordering and returns. Sizing needs a little work eg bought lovely dress size 14 but sleeves were same size in size 10 so too tight. Sometimes too much fabric in some dresses. If is recommends to size down I haven’t found that to be accurate especially with trousers. Excellent quality clothes. New styles. I get lots of people asking where I buy my clothes”

“I’m delighted with my purchases - thank you. The quality of the fabrics is superb; the cut is flattering and feminine. I returned one item as I preferred the other two, and I found the process very simple and fuss free. Usually the returns system is the downside of shopping from home in your pyjamas, but not so with Me+Em. My only feedback is, I would very much like you to include lengths of garments to your website information.”

“Love the clothes only problem I have is the length too long for me so always have to get shortened. I am 59 and love being on trend. When you get older your shape changes so I love a pull on trouser.”

“I love the product range and the quality. Ordering is very straightforward and delivery very quick. The products are on the more expensive side for what I would consider to be primarily staples, and I do sometimes think that some of the colours are quite limited. I have never had to return anything, so cannot comment on the returns / refunds situation; I have been into a store once and was very impressed with the customer service.”

“ME+EM has become my favorite clothing brand. I love the quality and the beautiful choice of fabrics as well as the classic design. Living abroad I follow all new designs on the internet and rush to the boutique to stock up as soon as I am in London, about twice a year. I love your dresses, however, most of them are cut at the waist and since I have a long upper body, they don't hit me at the right place. More flair cut dresses would be most welcome! “The clothes are a bit more expensive than what I would normally pay but the dresses are in lovely prints and fabric, flattering shapes and unusual. I would have given 5 stars but because I am only just over 5 foot the midi and maxi lengths are too long so a limited choice. Love the tops and knitwear too. “I love the brand. I’ve been a customer for many years and regularly buy a few pieces each season. My only criticism is that I am short at 5ft 3 and would really like a longer and shorter length is both trousers and long dresses. I have to shorten most of the garments I buy from you I’m sure I can’t be the only one.”

“Love the brand, and bought many items over the year. Great designs, always with an edge to them and pretty ageless. Delivery and any returns always dealt with v quickly. My only gripe, like most other comments here, is in relation to length of trousers and dresses. I have things altered but this is expensive on top of already pricey items. As you are asking for feedback, which has been given before, it would be great if you could listen and offer as least different lengths especially as this is a common theme.”
