“ME+EM has become my favorite clothing brand. I love the quality and the beautiful choice of fabrics as well as the classic design. Living abroad I follow all new designs on the internet and rush to the boutique to stock up as soon as I am in London, about twice a year. I love your dresses, however, most of them are cut at the waist and since I have a long upper body, they don't hit me at the right place. More flair cut dresses would be most welcome! Keep up the great work!”

“The clothes are a bit more expensive than what I would normally pay but the dresses are in lovely prints and fabric, flattering shapes and unusual. I would have given 5 stars but because I am only just over 5 foot the midi and maxi lengths are too long so a limited choice. Love the tops and knitwear too. No problems with delivery, returns or refunds.”

“I love the brand. I’ve been a customer for many years and regularly buy a few pieces each season. My only criticism is that I am short at 5ft 3 and would really like a longer and shorter length is both trousers and long dresses. I have to shorten most of the garments I buy from you I’m sure I can’t be the only one.”

“Love the brand, and bought many items over the year. Great designs, always with an edge to them and pretty ageless. Delivery and any returns always dealt with v quickly. My only gripe, like most other comments here, is in relation to length of trousers and dresses. I have things altered but this is expensive on top of already pricey items. As you are asking for feedback, which has been given before, it would be great if you could listen and offer as least different lengths especially as this is a common theme.”

“I look forward to ME+EM monthly drops. The collections are stylish & well made. The prices are manageable but I will not buy any of their products made in China. Customer Service varies from excellent to Damn right rude, especially if you ask to have an order sent to a store, which means effort is required on their part. Free postage should be provided for orders over £150.”

“One of my increasingly few ‘go-to’ brands. Prompt and efficient service, easy returns. Excellent quality although recent ‘forever’ T shirt was flimsy and see through. I am short and like your cropped tops and jackets and prefer the AW masculine edge to the feminine vibe in the SS season. I have always loved your traditional joggers and cargo styles but these are being replaced by longer, wider leg trousers which are not my thing. Please make sure you keep the quality and remember us shorter women!”

“I'm a regular customer, I love the quality and the fit. Although I'm unable to buy many of the skirts or dresses as I'm short, I find that the crop pants do fit well in length. I have found majority of items of clothing to be true to size. I live in Australia and I have found delivery to be fast and I love that I actually get charged in Australian dollars.”

“Love the current but classic vibe & csuperb quality. Can just about cope with the length in the trousers so many have mentioned but am not able to wear it in skirts & dresses - The beautiful velvet dress & tulle skirt from last winter was made for someone far more statuesque than me. Conversely, jackets can be a bit snug across my, not really that broad, shoulders. I love the look books though & adore the pieces I’ve bought, that have been expensive but are well worn. Ease of ordering & return are excellent. I will continue to be a loyal customer.”

“Expensive, generally designed for tall and slim figures. Longer than other retailers to refund returns. Would appreciate article reviews on website which would help decide whether an item would suit as sizing varies for me between 8-12 on past purchases. Great for luxe joggers. I buy a few key pieces each season, quality generally good.”

“Service and quality excellent. Though I have bought many items from you over the last few years, I am not a typical customer being nearly 90(!). However I find that if I choose carefully there is always something different but not too extreme or over-youthful. One quibble: though tallish I do find your full-length trousers are sometimes too long and hems get frayed and worn. I have never needed to return anything”

“I love ME+EM and its usually the first place I look for something new. The quality is great and the design features add a nice touch. I wish the trousers, especially the looser styles came in a shorter length. I'm average height but find many of the trousers just too long.”

“I love the styling of the clothes I’m trying to buy less but better quality to help the environment and my conscience. I can only buy online but service is great very easy returns. I would love a shop or franchise in John Lewis Leeds as I often have to buy a couple of different sizes and never sure how things fit so quite expensive to try at home and then return all the unwanted sizes. It is expensive compared to some shops but the style, versatility and look is superior so I prefer to pay a bit more and wear lots! Thanks Me and Em, just a shop in the north please!”

“I absolutely love ME + EM and have a few pieces , however I am very petite at 5ft with a small frame and find the clothes are simply too big for me . I know there are some styles recommended for petite people but in essence they don’t really work as the designs are for taller / larger people. Such a shame !”
