“I love this brand, particularly the knitwear. The products are always stylish and high quality. My only gripe is that sleeves and trouser lengths tend to be far too long for me and I can never buy the maxi dresses as they would drown me. A petit range would be great. But other than that, one of my favourite brands and customer service is very helpful and quick to respond.”

“I have been buying clothes from ME+EM since its earliest days and have many beautiful pieces. I tend to buy mostly knit ware and tops. Sadly many of the trousers, dresses and skirts are not designed for a petite size 8. I would love to see pieces designed proportionately for smaller women.”

“Have been a loyal customer for years now - love your designs and the quality is amazing, with lots of unique features you don’t get at other brands! Also staff are very friendly helpful, and arranged repair for damaged me+em trousers of mine. Only thing that could be improved is the stores (e.g. kings road) are a bit small and can get very busy on weekends so you have to wait a long time for changing rooms!”

“Been a fan of this company for a good few years now but I do wish they would do different lengths both in dresses and trousers. We are not all size 8 and 5.8 tall.”

“My wardrobe is full of Me + Em which speaks for itself. I love the clothes, the shops particularly King’s Road, the ease of online ordering, Harper concierge etc. I am a total fan. My only criticism is that the prices have crept up significantly in the three years that I have been a very regular customer. This year, I have even been known to shop elsewhere! So I invite you to keep an eye on the prices please and could I even suggest a loyalty discount?”

“Great easy ordering and returns. Sizing needs a little work eg bought lovely dress size 14 but sleeves were same size in size 10 so too tight. Sometimes too much fabric in some dresses. If is recommends to size down I haven’t found that to be accurate especially with trousers. Excellent quality clothes. New styles. I get lots of people asking where I buy my clothes”

I returned one item as I preferred the other two, and I found the process very simple and fuss free. Usually the returns system is the downside of shopping from home in your pyjamas, but not so with Me+Em. My only feedback is, I would very much like you to include lengths of garments to your website information.”

“Love the clothes only problem I have is the length too long for me so always have to get shortened. I am 59 and love being on trend. When you get older your shape changes so I love a pull on trouser.”

“I love the product range and the quality. Ordering is very straightforward and delivery very quick. The products are on the more expensive side for what I would consider to be primarily staples, and I do sometimes think that some of the colours are quite limited. I have never had to return anything, so cannot comment on the returns / refunds situation; I have been into a store once and was very impressed with the customer service.”
