“I can't fault the customer service from ME+EM. Ordering my items from Australia has never been as issue. They come in good time and when I needed to return one item as it just didn't work for me, it was free return and easy to manage. The refund was very prompt. I love the style and quality of the clothing and often get compliments when I wear my ME+EM clothes. They launder well and I think the clothing is excellent value. “Your service, delivery and return programs work very well, though I would like shipping to be free. What I do LOVE about ME & EM are the designs. I am (let's say over 75) and I can't wear all the edgy styles, but you provide enough lovely dresses with SLEEVES. I love the midi length and the elasticized waists! So comfortable and easy to wear.
