“Have loved Me&Em since I discovered it a couple of years ago. The clothes are fabulous, great quality and styles. Love it that they have regular new collections. Website is easy to use and refunds are quick and painless. Slightly more expensive than your average high street store but well worth it.”

“Good online service, including returns; service a bit patchy in the London stores. Quality of clothes is very good. The simpler trousers, t-shirts and jumpers are the best. I find some of the dresses and shirts are too frilly and flouncy. Also would welcome more thought being given to catering for petite women.”

“You get what you pay for. I carefully choose ‘forever clothing’ as I abhor fast fashion. The quality is second to none, and I enjoy mixing and matching separates to create a new look. The cuts are always flattering and I am always complimented when I wear Me+Em. I did, however, return a leather bomber jacket, as it was impossible to get my hands in the pockets. This was completely out of character for the brand. Perhaps my torso was longer than average? I will continue to buy this brand all my life. The only thing I don’t appreciate (although it’s not the expense, but the concept) is that we have to pay for regular shipping. Thank you, Clare and the team for producing quality, fashionable pieces which I will enjoy for many years!”

“The styles and sizing are perfect for me. Visuals are very true to what is delivered and materials actually come out even better than the visuals. Clothing pieces are easy to mix and match and are mostly classic which is great for a long wear wardrobe. Always looking forward to next printed catalogue - unusual today but very appreciated. Returns are easy and being paid promptly. Left off one star purely for the pricing as it is expensive but in ME+EMs case you get what you pay for and therefore I will continue to be a customer”

“I love this brand, particularly the knitwear. The products are always stylish and high quality. My only gripe is that sleeves and trouser lengths tend to be far too long for me and I can never buy the maxi dresses as they would drown me. A petit range would be great. But other than that, one of my favourite brands and customer service is very helpful and quick to respond.”
