I love the product range and the quality. Ordering is very straightforward and delivery very quick. The products are on the more expensive side for what I would consider to be primarily staples, and I do sometimes think that some of the colours are quite limited.
I have never had to return anything, so cannot comment on the returns / refunds situation; I have been into a store once and was very impressed with the customer service.
