“Excellent choice and high quality fabric, stitching and design that justifies their prices. I have pieces from 10 years ago that I still wear. Partnering with Harper Concierge when you live within Greater London means that I can try on pieces in my own home and only pay £15 plus whatever I keep. Me+Em is always my first choice for clothing. My wardrobe is full of their designs. And their website is great although I do wish for reviews to gauge sizing. And I’ve never had a problem with returns or refunds. They have an excellent customer service team. Love them.”

“The clothes are beautiful and stylish, as well as high-quality, but I am disappointed in the service. To this day, I have not received one product out of three. I wrote a claim, but there was no response to the first letter. I wrote a second claim, reacted, but did not receive the product until 25 days have passed since the order.”

Dear Aukse, I am thrilled to hear you love our brand and quality, however, disappointed you have had issues regarding your missing item and email correspondence. I can confirm that a reply to your email regarding your pre-purchase item has since been sent to you on two occasions, explaining that this product has an estimated dispatch date of the 5th of April. However, if you are still yet to receive these, it sounds as though there is some sort of block on your email address, therefore, please send another so we can respond via an alternative email address. “Me + Em Consistently deliver beautiful pieces with a lot of versatility. I have recently bought the travel trouser for which I’m using on a flight soon but know they’ll be good for city touring and dinner too. I especially love their embroidery anglaise which I have already added to my spring wardrobe. I recently returned a size too big and the refund process was seamless and quick. I will continue to shop with Me+Em.”

“Im from Europe and buying from ME+EM is such an easy experience. Im 5'10" and delighted that I can buy a classic trousers that doesn't look like a shorts on me. I believe they do their best however the prices for European customers are a bit too crazy sometimes. If they have a warehouse in Europe (as many of the clothing is made in Europe anyway) it would be very helpful and I would definitely buy more :)”

“Love Me & Em, love the quality and the ability to build a capsule wardrobe with key layering items. I wish I was taller because some of the styles are just far too big for a small frame but at 5ft4 I am still able to purchase key items to elevate my wardrobe. Top brand!”

“I love the Me and Em clothes and the long lengths are fabulous if you are tall, however the waistline is always far, far too high. As soon as you raise your arms the waist seam moves under the arms. It seems to be like this on all their styles. Shame”
