“Have been purchasing from ME+EM for years. Original clothes were of amazing quality, particularly the knitwear. Am a slim 5'8 and the trousers have gone crazy wide and long, so not really an option, but still good quality and I like the basic vests introduced last year. Only ever buy online as the high street shops (particularly Marylebone High Street) frosty at best. Would say the styling as gone off a bit recently. Used to be more interesting.”

“Stylish, quality clothing. Customer service is excellent, prompt delivery , returns are easy , uncomplicated and I have had no problems with refunds. I can certainly recommend Me and Em. An occasional discount would make Me and Em excellent!”

“Unbelievably beautiful, flattering clothing and it's all incredible quality. I bought three pairs of trousers and so far have had them a month but imagine they will last many years. The packaging is elegant and recyclable and dispatch/delivery was prompt. The only thing I would love to see is petite sizing - I'm 5'3 and had to shorten the trousers considerably. It would be great to have options for petite/tall so that there isn't an additional cost to get the fit right.”

“I’ve been buying ME&EM clothes for quite a while and they always make me feel confident, cool and stylish. I get excited every month to see what’s coming up, and I never tire of their styles. “Well done, timeless and classic pieces. Foundations of capsule wardrobe. Some trendy pieces too. Speedy delivery and easy to return. I have never returned because I didn't like a piece just because of sizing (I tend to order 2 sizes to see which one fits better).”

“Always great quality, a trusted brand who cares about customer service. I’m never worried about a speculative purchase as I trust you will deal with returns. Sadly, the trousers are often too long for me, (I’m 5 ft 6 and don’t want them dragging on the floor like a teenager) but by including the models height in the photo descriptions I can work out which ones to purchase. The quality of the fabric and cut is excellent, and the clothes last. Being middle aged please can you go back to always having a selection of dresses that are not fitted/ elastic waist or with cutouts around the waist but with the style you used to make with the simple tie waist band. MeandEm is a great brand, I enjoy shopping with you and have lots of your clothes.”

“Beautiful clothes distinguished by classic design elevated by a great edge. I’ve bought from you for several years, love visiting your London stores and the brand has become a staple in my wardrobe. Having moved to Cornwall I now rely on your delivery services but wish you would look into your express courier choices. My last few next day orders have either arrived with damaged packaging, late - or even not at all !”

“I don’t enjoy shopping at the Marylebone store. The service is perfunctory at best, I prefer shopping on line. I love the dresses so much and have purchased several. The blouses and shirts generally lack the quality and I prefer the fabrics at Zadig. I can’t wear the trousers as they are far too long - I’m 5” 7 - certain dress styles you should drop a size, sadly Me & Em rarely recommend you do so.”

“Thank you for allowing return of sale items. You cannot go wrong with these garments, ( although I have only purchased dresses) measure yourself and off you go, I think its the weight, cut and quality of the garment that separates ME+EM from the rest. Yes the price is up there, however I believe worth the investment, you won't get a better out there.”

“Sadly I think that Me & Em is beginning to lose its way. I really don’t love the endless super wide trousers that seem to now be the ‘signature’ look and the fabrics are increasingly relying on artificial fibres with the quality taking a bit of a hit. I enjoyed the fact that there used to be more of a price spread which made it a bit more affordable and I was Me & Em’s biggest fan, loved the service provided and always found something to drool over with each drop. That’s changing. Service is now a bit patchy, there are still some gems to be found but it just doesn’t hit the spot anymore. The price hikes certainly don’t help either.”

“I am 89 yrs old and have an aversion to "old ladies" fashion. There are always some pieces in your catalogue that I can wear without trying to look like my daughter. I love the quality, the uniqueness. My only concern is when I return an item for exchange, it takes a bit long to get credit.”

“The quality and cut of the clothes in the past have been great. More recently the clothes have been delivered badly and the cut a less favourably fit. I’m missing some of the classic cuts you had done previously”
