“I have not taken insurance out with your company so somebody somewhere has not done there job correctly by sharing information about my policy . I did not insure my bike with you as I had to provide ncb which my previous insurers did not send my , your company expected me to do all the donkey work to get the information I cannot believe that in 2026 you cannot access this information via a shareable hub with all ncb available for all insurers to see. Regards Disappointed customer”

“WHY are the Majority of Motorcycle Insures biazed towards the over 80, we are NOT ALL THE SAME. The Majority will not provide Insurance cover, those that do are 3 times higher than a already high annual premium. You could improve your rating, prinying details of those companies that offer resonable rates for the over "Eighties" that sill enjoy reasonable health, appart from a few Aches & Pains. “If I had to some up MCN Compare in one word, it would be "incompetent". When I first gave my details, if there was something they needed to know, rather than ask me, they just made it up. Or they just invented things that we had never even discussed. My bike was given a "custom paint job" that it doesn't have (adding £575 to the premium). New mistakes were introduced in each subsequent correction of the insurance documents (we went through five versions), such as the date of passing my test, incorrect scope of cover stated on my insurance certificate, incorrect premium paid on my insurance schedule, the addition of a non standard security device that the bike doesn't have and so on. When (the incorrect insurance certificate was what tipped me into doing this) I raised a complaint, there was no focus whatsoever on the experience I had had. The whole complaints process was about extracting MCN from it with them having had to do as little as possible to put things right. They are an unprofessional shambles, and I would urge anyone who has arranged insurance through them to check their documents very carefully indeed. If I can possibly avoid them in the future, I will absolutely be doing so. Their only saving grace was that the individuals I dealt with on each occasion were at least pleasant.”

“After inputting a wealth of information MCN Compare put me through to an ‘insurance’ company that didn’t meet my requirements. I didn’t know that until I had paid, because you can’t see the terms and conditions until you have paid. Cancellation was a nightmare. Cost me £75 for nothing. Also mysteriously after using MCN Compare, I was bombarded with inappropriate offers.”

“Insurer they provided was a scammer. Wanted photos of my garage and when provided they said they couldn’t cover. Took £35 for 1 days insurance and cancellation fee! Avoid Dean and grove insurers and won’t be using this site who allow this scamming company! Reading the reviews shows I am not alone in this!”

“I was trying to get a quote but as I didn't know the reg (I haven't bought it yet )it said I had to ring you to get a price .very irritating as I have no desire to potentially spend ages on the phone waiting to speak to you. Why couldn't you just give me a price??”

“Yeah. Not very pleased with Bike Sure. They forced me to buy business cover because of my previous job as a home care worker. They said is blocked in the system. With no asking for proof at all. I quoted for commuting and personal use. I didn't save any money. I was robbed.”
