Still haven’t recieved my paint....didn’t come out with my order,didn’t come again as was damaged in transit,and now still don’t have it although got a text saying left in garden...no way left in garden as it’s all locked up!,,, I need it to paint over the bank holiday not impressed

When purchasing anything form an online retailer, you trust them to send you the best of what they have, In this instance that is certainly not the case. The can of spray paint I ordered was certainly new at one time but not when I was sent it. Have a look at the photos and decide if you would be happy to be sent this when buying something new. I certainly wont be using them again.

The first order was fine, but they still have not delivered my second order. I emailed them today and also called them. I spoke to a lady who said she will check with the courier and let me know, still no sign of the fence. My builders are set to leave soon and I do not want to pay another carpenter to come and finish fitting the fence. Such an inconvenience

Delivery didn't turn up on time and was not whole delivery and when they sed 2nd part would come it was late was well and I had to take apart and fix the gate as it was poorly made and posts not even same size

1) First parcel damaged/leaked 2) UK Mail delivery tracking faulty and unreliable 3) Delivery time double what quoted 4) Telephone opening hours are useless for anyone that works 9-5 5) Damaged goods once finally received due to lack of protection in packaging (lesson not learned first time around) Will not be ordering again

Bought both laminate flooring and stairs. Ordered additional flooring for storage and utility rooms but was sent the wrong type (chambered edge rather than flat). I was told to package it up and they would arrange collection but despite chasing it up, it was never arranged. Turns out that with one of the stairs damaged, I cannot order a replacement as they have discontinued that brand. Thoroughly dissatisified with the customer service (virtually non existent) experience and now possibly facing even more expenditure having to replace the entire staircase..

My order didn't turn up and nobody told me why. I had to chase it up after work with the it taking an additional 3 days to arrive (I dont have it yet so I'm presuming it actually turns up on Monday 09/10). The lady who dealt with my missing order query was good though.

Ordered online at 7.47am 27.9.17 for next day delivery.Rang 27.9 and was told would arrive between 3-4pm.didnt arrive.Rand Friday was told arrive by 12am.Didnt arrive Friday or Saturday.Rang Monday and new order apparently was dispatched and would arrive before 12 Tuesday. Nothing arrived. Then received an email Tuesday saying low warehouse stock, would receive Wednesday before 12am.It arrived 9.30am .4damaged and batons not attached on back straight and some struts not attached .If joiners have constructed these panels the work is worse than year one apprentices( my son is a joiner). I shall not recommend or use your company again

Ordered tool which never turned up rang customer service who said they would ring back and let me know where my item was had to chase them again nobody answers phones after 4pm and then get email sorry we have lost the item we will refund as we no longer have the item you want what a waste of time won't buy from this site again

Staggered - advertising that misrepresented what was being offered for sale - complained - offered a 5% discount on a future order - same as the discount being offered for this feedback!!! - and - after further emails and the website subsequently being amended a further 5% offered i.e. a 5% discount over and above what everyone giving feedback gets - even the discount offers come with a twist - laughable - I dare you to print that

We offered a single use 10% discount code despite the item being as described. All of our customers are provided with a 5% loyalty discount code.

Visa card details taken over phone and told payment received. No evidence of payment when arrived to collect. Only one of two items in stock when arrived. Had to cancel Visa card for security reasons. Considered trading standards. Will NEVER use Maxwell's again.

My order come to £25 then thay put £25 for delivery which being a pensioner with dementia I could ent afford it
