Still awaiting the arrival of the 3rd item shipped! 2 have arrived damaged...but if you send a tin of paint in a box with no protection, I'd expect it to arrive damaged!

First order with you and you cancelled it at least 3 times and told me it was on its way still waiting all this time not happy

Ordered goods on line to collect in local store, checked by phone to find out what i could collect and was told not for another 3 hours as that is when they would be delivered to store, i then phoned store and they said they had them in stock i asked the store why i could not pick up they said there was no reason and he put me back through to there head office which was upstairs in the store and i was fobbed of whith a limp excuse so i cancelled order and bought elsewhere as they are totally clueless in what they are doing

Asked and paid for Saturday delivery... did not arrive! Phoned Monday morning to find it had not left warehouse even though I had an email to say it did... was told it would arrive Tuesday but once again it did not leave warehouse! I then cancelled the order! What a poor service!

Order not delivered in full despite having an email and calling the shop to check my order was ready- unfair that the staff in the shop take the brunt of the customer complaints for something that happened at the warehouse

Maxwells.... Due to me purchasing from Maxwells via the web, I've been asked to complete a review. Well, they 'did' deserve five stars, good service, good employees, an array of products and it's easy to enter & exit the premises, no problems....... But, I purchased on line simply because Maxwells raised the price of my purchase over night by 20%! and on Maxwells web page, the product was 'only' up lifted over night by 10%, henceforth the purchase..... so, is it 5 stars or ? stars. And now they've stopped 'click and collect' after I got a discount code!

Crown pure brilliant white was to old and,and i start patting but didn't work becouse luck like gam,i go on b&q and bay another one and yours crow still ther i dont now what to do with that.i lost 50£

ordered tin of ronseal decking stain email same day order web72434 dipatched waited 3 working days no delivery. phoned up only to be told the courier had lost it and hadnt informed you will phone me back in 30mins .next phone call its being damaged in transit but manager trying to get replacement 2hrs later another phone call cant find another tin even ronseal havnt got any.did i have the only tin of charcoal stain in the country. all we can do is refund your money.ordered an other from a different supplier received it next day at the same price.

I live on a new estate and they cancelled my order saying they couldn't deliver as they don't have my postcode. Funny how I've been here 6 months & never had a problem elsewhere

Only delivered one of the two items required 4 phone calls over 6 days .excuses and saying it will be there tomorrow but still not arrived .latest it might arrive tuesday the 7th of march

The delivery daye was moved twice at the very last minute. When the delivery eventually took place the travel itinerary was not checked so wrong vehicle was sent despite multiple warnings. Eventually my husband with back issues had to push the pallet on a main busy road togather with a delivery man. The delivery was not properly packed on top of that.

Extremely poor service. The delivery date was moved twice, which resulted in wasting taken time off from work. Additionally, the request regarding the vehicle was not taken into account, so my husband had to help the delivery man with his broken back. The worst experience I have ever had.
