The product I ordered from their web site stated it was available, I ordered 3 packs and expected delivery within a few days. After a few days they sent me an e mail saying the product was discontinued and they refunded my money. If you don’t have the product do not advertise it as available. Very disappointed in this company, will definitely not be using them again

Your consignment tracking shows your full order was dispatched however one item was damaged during transit. This was resent and your full order has been received.

Package arrived damaged, wholr box spilt on sides. No reply from customer service... Not recommended

the order was not delivered in time prompt me to go elsewhere to buy it, it was a very inconvenience to me the driver firstly delivered to the wrong address and wrong date.

Decking paint is not good. After thorough mixing, the paint does not cover the wooden surface. I am disappointed with your services.

Iv bought a couple of hundred pounds from you in the last couple of weeks and I purchased paving stones from you on speaking to the store they refused to add paving to my order I was told you don’t do paving by the manager at North Shields he slagged a member of his team off for ordering a fence panel and refused to take payment the only help iv had on visiting your North Shields store is the bloke that ordered paving fencing he helped advise on screws but I will not be using your store due to the manager and the in helpful lady I spoke to on the telephone via the web order made invoice no12005 great help bloke knew exactly what to do great customer service the lady on01915873333 peterlee no help refused paving to be delivered

My delivery has not arrived and have had no notification of when it is being delivered. I sent an email to enquire and was told Monday. Now 6pm Tuesday and still no sign. Paid £53 delivery!!

Certainly not happy. Driver did not knock & advise of delivery, Damaged goods delivered. I emailed complaining for a replacement paving. Reply email from Maxwells asking size of paving to be replaced, which was given in complaint email! My builder utilised the damaged paving, not visible to the eye, So, I emailed again requesting compensation for damaged paving delivered. Still no reply or compensation from maxwells, now 2wks since delivery of damaged goods AND I paid £10 delivery!

Never received item. Had an email on day of delivery telling me courier had failed to collect my item from Maxwells the previous day. Meant a day booked off work wasted, and had to buy item from physical retailer instead. Wouldn't order again unless confident that Maxwells were using a competent courier.

Order never came till day after it was supposed to, no communication I had to ring them to ask where my order was, stayed in all day waiting never got order untill 12.15 following day.

I placed an order on 10 April, for delivery within 2 - 5 working days as I wanted to use the product over this Bank Holiday weekend. No delivery. I emailed them asking what had happened. No reply/explanation but miraculously my item has now been dispatched, and will be delivered AFTER the weekend. Great.

Very unpleasant experience from such a big named buisness!! I called them before buying and they confirmed stock. On the call, I bought the items and paid. Next day they are sending me that they dont have stock for the full amount and whether we would like to have the partial delivery or wait for 3 months when their stock will be replenished!!! o disgraceful... I had to recal them and there wasnt any feeling of 'sorry' or any compensation. Just that I had to request them for a full refund - which again would take 3 to 5 business days to come back to my account - Wy work is delayed... I wouldnt recomment Maxwell to any one... Most worthless service and most bad experience.

I ordered 2 pots of crown paint, to find out 4 days later that it was out of stock. Then had to wait 7 days for a refund!

Not happy with services paid extra charge on delivery for next day and didn't get it on time.. was days late. Poor service not even refunded.
