Told me it was next day delivery 5 days later a parcel turns up and its not even what I ordered. Will never use this company again.

Initially picked my order wrong. Then messed up the delivery/collection of the correct order. Took a week to finally have the correct product. Thought I may have found a new supplier for our wood business...will NOT be using again though.

Only learned today from Beth at customer services that niether you or your supplier have this item available for appropriate dispatch. Also, looking at my bank account you have already taken payment for the item and it's delivery! Pity I couldn't have known about your present stock 're. Item, that at least would have allowed me to trace other sources!

Order a product and paid for it no wonder its not available. How ever got email few day late saying this will not gonna be in stock within next few month and about this products never mention its available or not. I this its bad management and bad customer services

You advertised a product which is no longer stocked. You took my money and although you promptly refunded it I'm still waiting for it all to work through my bank account 3 days later. And you're still advertising the product on your website.

DIARY OF NEXT DAY DELIVERY WEDNESDAY: I was searching for some external masonry paint, which I needed urgently, given a break in the rainy weather was forecast - i live in North Wales, so every dry day counts! I therefore needed it delivered next working day. Maxwell's was the cheapest that offered next day delivery. I ordered it on Sunday night, the order was acknowledged on Monday morning - and I received notification on Tuesday that it would arrive today, Wednesday (I'm waiting, but there's time...). That's not next day delivery, but the day after next. I rang and was told that there had been none of the colour I wanted in stock so they had had to order it and then send it on. I said I would have appreciated being told that on Monday morning so I could make alternative arrangements. I think that was owed to me. To be fair, the agent appologised, if a little formulaically, and refunded the money for delivery. The good news is that the sun is actually shining today and the forecast has changed, removing the rain! THURSDAY: HOWEVER, no delivery came! Phoned this morning and was told that the courier, UK Mail Ltd, had not been able to find my address - which they have been to before! They wanted my phone number so as to contact me and get details of how to get here - surely they must have satnav nowadays if they are couriers! So, no delivery till tomorrow. It seems 'next day delivery' means delivery four days later. FRIDAY: HOWEVER! Delivery was promised by 12 today, but nothing! at least Beth, the Maxwell's agent I am in contact with this time, is friendly and doing her best to help, but without avail. It looks now as if 'next day delivery' means five days later' - that is if they deliver on a Saturday. UKMail driver came but would not drive through a gate and down a track that all other couriers take with no trouble. SATURDAY: with a lot of help from Beth and from the man at the UKCMail distribution centre, the package was delivered this morning. The driver said the Satnav brought him straight here! To be fair to Maxwell's, apart from sending it one day later, the main problem is with the courier, who has been very inefficient. However, Maxwell's employed them, not me! Fortunately, the sun is shining! Now let's get painting. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUICK DELIVERY

Ordered 4 cans of paint and received just 1. Phones only manned Mon - Fri so unable to contact anyone over the weekend. Job now delayed.

I ordered a Black and Decker Speedy roller and paid extra for next day delivery as I needed the product. Not only did the product not arrive the next day but I didnt receive a call. When I called up they said we can deliver it sometime next week. Big waste of time and money. Steer clear!!

Prices very good but every tin of paint that was delivered was badly dented and looked like seconds stock that were not fit for stock in stores due to the look. I emailed in to ask if they were seconds or if that's what they sold damaged tins and the response was that they are all perfect but some could be damaged in transit and was there any loss of paint.. This wasn't just transit damage to all four of my tins of paint, there was no paint loss but it looks very unprofessional to deliver paint in damaged cans.

Failed to meet next day delivery, failed to meet the Saturday delivery they then promised. A day of my weekend wasted, a very unhappy decorator as now he has a day with no work and no pay. Poor communication, I had to ring to find out that they only store 2 tins of paint and therefore was waiting for the rest to be delivered yet your website let me place an order and charge me £15 for next day delivery. Would not recommend due to the poor service

Having ordered (on Friday) within the time for next day delivery I expected my goods to arrive sometime on Monday. Tuesday morning I had to call to ask about delivery and was informed my postcode had flagged a " possible fraud" but it was on the van to be delivered today. The person I spoke to was very apologetic and would refund HALF of the postage but could not do anything about the flagged message other than send me some information. Delivery arrived 12.40
