Still not received delivery, I am not that bothered that I have to wait a while (as I understand these are uncertain times) but the fact that I have received no communication that there is a delay or what is going on is poor. Also the fact that I am being sent this email rating service and products when I don’t have them is again poor. These are things to improve on in future, communication is key for good customer service.

Ordered over two weeks ago - money taken from my account immediately and no sign of the order or update as to reason for delay. Will NOT use this company again!

We made an order 13 days ago, with a delivery of up to 7 working days. It still hasn’t arrived. We have emailed multiple times and tried calling but there has been no response. There isn’t any other way of us to contact you. We understand this is a very difficult time, but we would really appreciate at least an update. We’ve spent nearly £250 and the money has been taken, but the delivery hasn’t come and there is no information from you. We assume this isn’t the customer service you would like to give. So we hope to hear from you soon!

I still haven't recieved the item, even after paying an extra £5.50 for 7 day delivery. Emailed and no response, tried to call and no answer. Shocking.

I have emailed you twice about my order and have not received a reply,but now I get an email to asking for a review. I have not received my order,the money has been taken and no reply from you.so I would say very poor customer satisfaction
