“First time I've used MeadowMania. Ordering & supply arrangements were good. I was a bit disappointed by the very small size of the plug plants (ox-eye daisies) when received. Fortunately I now live in an area which seems to house very few slugs and snails. Where I lived previously these would have been just a one-night light snack for those critters! I did plant them out directly & they are surviving. However - depending on species - I wonder whether customers should be advised to pot them on for a while before finally planting out?”

“The speed of dispatch and helpfulness in advising on the right seeds and method to use, was all very good. Even when a a small mix up in the order, it was corrected very quickly. Would definitely use again.”

“Good product descriptions, with a range of mixed meadow seeds for all sorts of soil types, along with individual seed types made for plenty of choice in just the one place. Ordering via the website was easy and the seeds came very quickly. The key tests of course are have I sewn them effectively and how well will it all grow. For that, only time will tell...”

“Good range of seeds to choose from (was looking for wildflower seeds). There was an issue with postal delivery but this was resolved very quickly by the company who sent the order again immediately by next-day courier. Have used this company before and will certainly use them again.”

Orders are dispatched by 1st class post or next day carrier. Sometimes orders do get lost in the carriers system. When this occurs we look to resolve it and resend it again straightaway.

“Strong, healthy plants received as usual but a little small for meadow planting immediately where they are subject to some detrimental forces from wildlife and weather. They will need some nurturing to gain sufficient size and strength to resist these. The packaging was strong and sufficient for transit but unfortunately again arrived upside down. Overall, the service and quality of the product makes the company continue to be my first choice for such purchases in the future.”

“Unfortunately, our original order went missing in the delivery stage - MeadowMania immediately arranged for a new order that was received very quickly. The grass is just beginning to come up in our woodland setting - we just hand sowed and didn't roll it - so really pleased!”
