“I was disappointed. I ordered PLUG plants, what I got were seedlings. A lot broken. How many will survive is questionnable.”

“I had only a glimpse of one Poppy out of 150 (plugs). Cost was over £300. After notifying Meadowmania I was offered and sent a packet of seeds (value around £8) as 'compensation'. It was a fairly dry Summer but the irony was that all around my location there were fields of Poppies. Meadowmania have actively sought my opinion on this purchase - therefore I have given it”

“I recieved some bulbs. They were delivered into my parcel box. I opened them as soon as I got home from vacation. They were all soft and mouldy. It looks like the parcel got wet. No refund offered,”

“I turned to this company apprecaiting the written ethos, my expereince of service, delivery and communications was sadly, very poor. This was a special order for a spercial occastion, the teams capacity to acknowledge/validate the poor service was limited. I wrote Chat gtb with the letter I had sent them and received a very good validating and acknowledging reply, very different from what I reeived from the company. I remain sad about how that event turned out and sad there was little 'meeting' of a customer who had made a purchase in good faith.”

“We used their clover seeds which barely seeded. We planted the wildflower for lawns instead, went away on holiday, and came back to a garden with weeds up past our knees where we had planted the wildflower seeds. It’s ruined our garden and we have had to dig up where we planted the seeds due to the amount and strength of the weeds.”

“Bulbs arrived in an eco bubble wrap envelope. Unfortunately this must have had something very heavy placed on it so the the SMALLEST pseudonarcissus bulbs I've ever seen were all oval. They were also very soft/dried out. I planted them anyway and I guess most of them will survive but will take many years to recover. The worst packaging and bulbs I've ever seen!”

“Extremely disappointed ordered general purpose meadow seeds wild3 but got bird foot foil which is a grassland plant which originates from Albania and North America. Contacted manager Jane to arrange are refund but as yet still waiting. I would definitely not recommend this company.”

“Seed bag arrived with no label. Contacted them to tell them the package shows wild flowers and I ordered clover. Messages back ‘pretty confident it’s clover’. After I persisted the replies turned into ‘’quite certain’. I found this unacceptable”
