“Due to supply issues my order was very delayed and when the plugs arrived they looked very sad. We’ll see if they survive.... UPDATE: Meadowmania have responded to assure me if they don't survive they will replace, which is good customer service, thank you.”

We do have long delays on dispatch of plugs at present which we are informing customers about. Plugs always leave us in a good state but sometimes get held up in the post. Generally they recover in a couple of days after some water and light. If they do not then please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

“All seeds arrived very quickly. Plug plants took a bit longer, but I was kept well informed and told it was Monty's fault for encouraging everyone to plant a meadow. Plug plants arrived in excellent condition with Parcelforce 24hr.”

This was a customer who was in Australia and wanted some seeds delivered to a friend in the UK. We did have some problems dealing with this but got there in the end.

“We have only stared this year to make our garden around a new build. We have purchased about 3 lots of seeds now and bulbs from MeadowMania and so far the results have been successful. A site taht is easy to navigate and the ordering process is clear and reliable. Highly recommend.”
