“Delivery was prompt and what I expected. But as a contractor I should not have to go onto a domestic site to order products. My local Merchants could not get the delivery but going direct I could - there's something seriously wrong here! What was even more surprising is that the blocks were cheaper from the site than from my merchant!! Mad when I buy Marshalls products regularly. I've given 4* to the site but there's something seriously wrong with the organisation when Merchants can't get products but I could.”

“Great customer service particularly the young lady who dealt with me Claire. She was efficient and very helpful arranging ordering and delivery of the block pavings. Two drivers who delivered were very efficient and helpful. Great service all round, well done Marshalls”

“I needed about 25 square meters of paving for the front of my house. I found Marshalls web site very easy to negotiate with all different types of paving in clearly defined sections of web site. Also photos of paving laid in different settings to give realistic impression of finished result. Samples of paving were easy to obtain and my phone query was quickly answered. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt and arrived on agreed day. Hard for any company to improve on this.”
