Slightly confusing - you need to prepare an "idiots" step by step guide to show how to down load. If you don't download on a regular basis - often you have to trial and error to re-discover how to download.
It would be beneficial to allow users to set up an account - allowing automatic payment without having to enter card details every time, etc.
Add the VAT at the outset and not at the order confirmation stage.

Eg buy the standard DWG file, Upgrade to the Pro version, add the trees rather than having to buy a new file everytime you realise you might need something else.”

Thanks Wanda. You can draw around the site by using one of the 'Draw' tools like red outline button. Click in the site you need, it'll outline in red and then make sure the area you select covers that area. Hope this helps.
