“Thanks for allowing comment... Slightly confusing - you need to prepare an "idiots" step by step guide to show how to down load. If you don't download on a regular basis - often you have to trial and error to re-discover how to download. It would be beneficial to allow users to set up an account - allowing automatic payment without having to enter card details every time, etc. Add the VAT at the outset and not at the order confirmation stage. but otherwise very good.. I trust the above is of some help JCR PLANNING”

“This is the first time I;ve used mapview and I have been very impressed with the files it created. The only thing I would have liked would be if you could buy files incrementally. Eg buy the standard DWG file, Upgrade to the Pro version, add the trees rather than having to buy a new file everytime you realise you might need something else.”

“Great maps, however I paid for a full colour version of the centre of wallingford and never received it. The menu and selection methodology is not the best”

“Fantastic tool to produce the relevant plans and drawings required for planning applications. Easy to use and with an extensive range of historical and geographical layers of information for your site. I would say its not the most competitive priced online map supplier though.”

“I like it that The format is rectangle and not square like at other sites. The problem is that one cannot draw the red or blue line around the site on pdf version.”

Thanks Wanda. You can draw around the site by using one of the 'Draw' tools like red outline button. Click in the site you need, it'll outline in red and then make sure the area you select covers that area. Hope this helps.
