From the moment we stepped into the MHF showroom we received a 5* service. Elena exactly understood what we wanted & explained what was available. She gave us space to make our minds up but was there to answer any queries. There was no hard sell! The ordering process was simple & straightforward and our fire was delivered well within the promised time scale. The fire was expertly fitted by Tom, who took great pains to ensure that we were happy with the placement. He cleverly hid the connection, cleaned up as he went along and removed all packaging. We are so pleased with our lovely new fire!
