“Very efficient from start to finish. A detailed quote setting out clearly everything that was required followed by a very efficient installation done to a high standard. We had to wait a little while before an installation slot was available, probably because we decided to do it in the winter, but they seem to be very busy, so if anybody is thinking of a logburners or other fire - plan ahead.”

“I found dealing with ManorHouse very easy and I much appreciated the personal touch when I was telephoned and asked exactly when it would be convenient to deliver my stove. It arrived as planned, safely packed and I am absolutely delighted with it. Over and above the perfect service, the price was the best I could find anywhere. An excellent company to deal with. “I waited all day for the delivery and it didn't turn up, In the evening a very honest neighbour called and said the delivery was forced into her house because the wrong hose number was put on the invoice. I had never met this lady before and she told me the driver was very rude to her and although she told him the parcel was not for her he insisted she take it in. Totally disappointed and cross about the whole episode they had my mobile number to get in touch with me. Also if my neighbour had been dishonest the parcel would never have been seen!”

Whilst we take every effort to ensure all details are correct, in this instance we did place the incorrect house number on the delivery details sent to our couriers and I most sincerely apologise for this. I have also raised a complaint with our nominated courier service as regards to the service you and your neighbour received. Under normal circumstances the couriers send automated text messages and/or emails with details of the time slot that your delivery would arrive. In the rare instance when this does not happen or delivery fails to meet this time, we would welcome a call to us to let us know and we can then follow this up with the couriers and avoid disappointment. As a small gesture of goodwill and in the hope that you’ll give us another chance to get it right for you, I’d like to offer a discount code which will take 10% off any product on our website. “I ordered an electric fire for my mother from Manor House which was very competitively priced, the cheapest I'd seen on the web for the model I was looking for. Payment was made on-line which was quick & easy. Delivery was made within a couple of days directly to my mothers house & arrived promptly free of charge. Although I had a small problem with the fire concerning installation, a quick phone call to Manor House & all was sorted very efficiently. They were very helpful & considerate in understanding my problem. Would definitely recommend Manor House!”

“Kept me informed above available delivery date as item was originally out of stock. Once available the item was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Delivery driver was waiting outside so that he did not arrive before he was meant to! I ordered an ash vacuum and it seems to do exactly what it is meant to and is excellent value for money.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Martin listened to me from the first phone call, asked me to confirm back to him the details he needed to be checked with my Gas fitter (because I have no idea about these sorts of things!). He gave me some advice and also an excellent price, true to his word the gas fire was delivered the following week and is now installed and not only looks great but provides masses of heat. I strongly recommend Martin and his team they are very patient and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. thanks you Martin and team. Mr Compton (Rayleigh, Essex)”

“Very willing to answer all queries and in an efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt very comfortable ordering from Manor House knowing that my requirements were uppermost in their minds. Very pleased too with the gas fire which I was able to see demonstrated in their showroom and now performs equally as well at home.”
