Hi Joe Our lead times are about 3-4 weeks for all bikes but we made a blooper with yours and missed painting your frame. Combined with the annual shutdown and maintenance of the paint shop it pushed your order way over how long it should have taken. Apologies for this. Appreciate you didn't give us 1 star when we probably deserved it. Glad you like the bike. Happy cycling.

“I was totally amazed by everything about Mango bikes! Placed the order on Monday and received it that Friday! The whole process was a breeze! And the bike was delivered all packaged properly and secure! I would recommend Mango bikes to family and friends and to anyone who loves bikes! 10/10 Chapeau! Happy customer Steve”

“I didn't receive any tools or reflectors with my bike and it came almost two weeks later than expected. I didn't receive an email telling me about the tools not being there, I had to contact them, which I found very disappointing.”

“Absolutely love my new bike and Mango could not have been more helpful! After slightly struggling with the set-up, Mango sent over bespoke videos from their in-house bike tech. Best service ever. Nothing too much trouble. Recommend wholeheartedly.”

“What is best about my bike is noone else will have it. Not only is it really easy to ride the seat is comfy. The delivery was very quick and packaging was good. Really recommend to any one.”

“Pleasant experience ordering throughout. We knew the bike build would take longer than normal due to Covid and increased Global demand, but it actually came in slightly ahead of schedule. Slight glitch in first order as the seat colour we chose was out of stock - but they emailed to advise (and we chose another) and said they would send us a free set of lights as a 'sorry'. Bike arrived almost fully built and was up and running in minutes. Nice quality, light, quick and a lot of fun! Very pleased”

“Very attentive customer service post purchase/pre delivery. Regular updates and feedback, so excellent on that front. If there is a query, it was quickly responded to. You did run out of the colour saddle I wanted and I am waiting for an update on that. My only comment is that it would be good if you confirmed the weight of your bikes or did some lighter versions or had options for this. The one I bought from you was much heavier than expected and it would influence my decision to buy from Mango again.”
