They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“Ordering was easy even without an account. My order was received in good time. Unfortunately I did not like the item as much as I'd hoped. I've now to see how easy it is to return goods. That will determine whether I will use Maison White again or not.”

Thank for your comments Jackie I believe we have communicated via email, we happy to accept returns as long as they are in their new and unused condition - refunds are processed bye us within 7 working days of receipt of the return (usually sooner)

We needed a cuddly toy guinea pig in a hurry for our granddaughter who was visiting in a few days and were delighted to find Maison White had the Living Nature Brown Guinea Pig in stock. “Jellycats are a yessss! And when they’re at a discounted price, it’s a must! I got the big snow tiger and practically £50 off! The box was very battered when it arrived but that’s ok because there was nothing missing or broken. A very happy customer!”
