“Badge proof was sent quickly and they were happy to perform revisions. Badges arrived before the estimated shipping time and came in individual plastic bags. The team was very happy with the badges, though there really should have been a choice of attachment methods.”

“After our supplier of bespoke medals retired, Made by Cooper produced an excellent version of the original even down to the antique colouration. Timescales were exactly as they said and delivery was quick. Thank you!”

“I have tried many manufacturers and can always count on Made By Cooper to deliver as few imperfect pins as possible. I wind up with far fewer "seconds" when I splurge and go with Made by Cooper than when I go with any less expensive options.”

“I have ordered from you a couple of times. The whole process is very smooth from the design process to manufacture to delivery. Always great communication - the 'Beast from the East' interfered slightly but was dealt with well as it only put the dispatch of my order behind by one day, despite your staff being unable to get into work. Finally the quality of the enamel pins I have ordered so far have been spot on- will only ever use Made by Cooper!”

“Customer service is spotty. I've asked them questions via email, and their replies many times were not thorough and did not answer my question, so I would have to send another email reiterating my question, asking for more detail. This would turn into a long, time-consuming process, taking days before I got an answer to my question, which is unfortunate when you're on a deadline. "Design" services were also spotty. This is where your design is reviewed by their design team, and they create a proof, or "visual" that gets sent to the manufacturer in China. They made many errors in the instructions on my proofs, which I would correct, send back to them via email, and then wait for them to send me another proof to approve. This also would take days, slowing down the process and eating away at my deadline. I did order several sets of pins from them, and each time, at least 10% had major cosmetic imperfections (ie., enamel not filled in), and another 20% had minor imperfections (ie., dust or fingerprints in the enamel). Overall, unsatisfactory experience. I will be looking for a new service.”

Sorry you feel this way but we only offer designs that can be made. We have a design page you can follow if you want to design your own badge and follow the guides. Your design was not enamel compatible so we submitted a compatible design for you. It’s clear in all our communication that there are charges for work we have undertaken. We can also offer advice whether designs can be made or adjusted before you pay, however this was not used. Our service is well received and used by many people that can not design enamel badges.
