“I have used Made by Cooper for 4 separate bespoke badges and I will use them again in the future. Here's why I love using them: 1. There are no hidden costs 2. You get a lot for your money 3. They take care with getting your design right. I upload my design with instructions, but that's not the end of the process. Elenor, in the design team is wonderfully helpful. She gets in touch to confirm sizes and every last detail. You are not forced to sign of your design until it's right! With this comes peace of mind. 4. Delivery is always tracked and communication excellent. I can't fault them, but can certainly recommend them with ease!”

“First time using this company and their communication was good. The process was seamless, I used an .eps file for the design. The product was delivered when it was expected and finally the woven badges are excellent. The detail is spot on and colour match is perfect. The price was also good and good value ordering 200. Thank you.”

“Very fast and efficient customer service during order and pre-production. Just make sure to check your spam folder for the approval email.... The patches I ordered came out beyond my expectation and right on time. Very happy with the final product. just wish I could order less than the minimum 50, but I understand the reason. Definitely will use Cooper again. Thanks!”

“I've had many different pin designs made by madebycooper. Simple designs come back with a very very low percentage of unsellable rejects, and complicated designs come back with a fairly low percentage of unsellable rejects. [ soft enamel ]. Still, the price is great and the materials are good! I recommend them all the time to other potential etsy sellers.”

“Working with Made by Cooper was a great experience from start to finish, from initial enquiry, getting our design approved and amendments made, to keeping in touch with the progress of our patches. Communication was always clear and questions promptly answered, the final woven patch product is very high quality too and has been complimented by a lot of people. “I have used Made By Cooper twice now, once for enamel pin badges and second time around an embroidered patch. These have been used as part of a promo pack for two books. Ordering is very easy online, pricing is clear and you have many options. I'm really pleased with the patches just received. Quality is fantastic...and they look great. Communication with MBC is great, there were a couple of issues with the original design, but these were raised and with me before heading into production, and you get to see the final artwork to approve. Great to get delivery estimated date which was kept to and delivery went smoothly too.”
