“We received the pins in time and are really happy with our purchase. The colors of the filling and the golden plating all look great together. We examinated all of the piece we received: Each one is in perfect state and we even have one or to pieces more than we were supposed to have. If I have to order new pins, I would definitely do it here. Célia Housset”

“I ordered two types of pins, this was my first ever pin order. I was unsure how I needed to design my decal so I did it to the best of my ability and sent it in! They quickly edited the artwork with minimal differences and sent the approval. I had to do one change and it was very easy to do. Pins arrived much sooner than expected. Quality is amazing!”

“This review is based on the thousands of pins I've ordered, in over a dozen designs, and I'll try to go over both the good & bad in an honest manner. I've been ordering exclusively from Made by Cooper throughout 2018 because a large percentage of my sale are pre-orders, and with those you REALLY need a dependable company who can deliver quality products on time. In truth, my pins often arrive a week early. Super fast production! And the quality is consistent - in every batch there'll only be one or two pins with mild defects, like scratches (which is a better percentage than past companies I've order with). My customers are always delighted with them! The orders always arrive safely, as well. They're delivered in boxes, which prevents crushing of the pins in transit. I've had issues with past orders (in totality: a glow-in-the-dark design arriving without the glow enamel, an anodized design arriving with missing enamel, and an order arriving with 50 pins instead of 100), but I think occasional errors are hard to avoid, no matter who you order from? What matters most to me is how the problems are dealt with, and Made by Cooper has always swiftly replaced incomplete or defective orders. They usually reply to emails within a day, and are courteous and professional. A not-so-great experience was having a replacement order arrive with the exact same problem (missing glow enamel), but Made by Cooper had the second replacement batch made at high priority speed - I think I got it within two weeks! And they don't make you return defective pins, which means you can make extra profit selling defects as seconds quality. I do currently have a problem with a delivered pin, where there is significantly more fill than was present in the approved visual. I've noticed this happen on a few past orders (fill being added that wasn't present in the visual), but based on my past dealings, I trust them to deal with this issue in a satisfactory manner. Their pins aren't cheap, but as a naturally anxious person I'm willing to pay for the peace of mind that dependability gives. I like that you're linked to a page showing what stage of production the pins are in, with updated estimated delivery times. I've spoken highly of Made by Cooper thus far, so you may wonder why I'm giving them a 4/5 instead of a 5/5. Recently they've introduced an extra cost (for example, 32 pounds on an order of 100 pins) that is invoiced via email after you've already paid through the website, to 'custom cut to shape'. As one of their slogans is "No Hidden Fees", I was upset by this. The explanation given was that prices had been lowered across the board, but (specifically regarding enamel pins) I didn't find that to be the case. For this batch of pins, they ended up waiving the 'custom cut' cost, but I worry about that being a future problem. One last thing to note: I'm not a fan of the gold plating (it's not that glossy), so I always upgrade to rose gold plating (SUPER glossy). If you're an artist who gets nitpicky about that stuff, I'd advise you do the same. I've also ordered the nickel plating and anodized plating, and found those to be gorgeous. Regarding other pin options, the glitter always turns out great, and the glow in the dark is SUPER vivid! I've had customers specifically comment on the later :) I've tried to be thorough and honest about my experiences, so hopefully this review is helpful to those considering whether to order from Made by Cooper. I've personally recommended them to artists in the past, and will continue to do so (with the caveats mentioned above).”

“I have already recommended Made by Cooper to my fellow artists and illustrators. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, their team is professional, quick, and helpful, and the manufacturing process is also pretty fast for the quantity I ordered (300 total, 100x / 3 designs). In fact, my 3 orders came in faster than their estimated date! I'm also very pleased with the option to add my own backer card design. I also didn't expect to see them all pre-packaged in plastic protective sleeves. And of course, the most important thing: the quality of the hard enamel pins themselves are amazing. All in all, I can safely say I will be using Made by Cooper for my future pin projects (and would love to order some of their other products!).”

“This was my first time designing enamel pins. The website was easy to use, helped me figure out which pin type was best for my project, and supplied design specs. I contacted support several times with questions and they got back quickly with answers & options. The final products were drop-shipped, so I didn't see in person, but my client loved them & has commissioned more.”

“Made By Cooper are absolutely excellent. The quality and service are brilliant. To date I have ordered almost 9'000 patches from them. Most have been re-orders and the patches always come back with the same colours and quality as the originals. They have pushed through orders when I have been up against deadlines, delivering in 3 weeks as opposed to the 5 that it should have been during that busy period. My work always goes to the same Graphic Designer for proofing to keep the continuity of my product. I wouldnt look anywhere else if I were you!”

“I placed an order with Made by Cooper for 100 pins. I planned on selling these pins and for the price I was paying, expected decent quality. When I received the pins I found that nearly 20% of them had issues and did not fit my standards to be sold. However, when I reached out to Made by Cooper I was told that only "serious" defects, such as the pin missing enamel, would be refunded and that next time I could use the more expensive premium pin option if I was planning on selling them. I do not remember that even being an option at the time that I purchased my pins, but nonetheless there will not be a next time. For the price I paid, even though I did not purchase the premium option, I should not have so many pins with defects. I would have considered using Made by Cooper in the future if they had many any effort to remedy the situation but they have made it clear they do not care about their customers.”
