“I have used Made By Cooper at least five separate times now and I am always absolutely thrilled with the customer service and quality of the products I get. The feedback on design alteration before a pin is 100% ready to go into production is always fabulous and clear on what needs changing. I have recommended the company to everyone who has asked where I get my enamel pins made through.”

“I ordered two runs of custom pins for a company event. Our event was only a month away and I was nervous about the timing, but thankfully I expressed my concerns and received them with time to spare! The quality of the pins is excellent, and perfectly match the design proofs I was given. I would definitely recommend Made by Cooper and will definitely be ordering again for future events!”

“I've used this company several times and the results have always been on time and of outstanding quality at an excellent price. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable - I highly recommend them for any badges, of any type, you might need. My last commission involved reproducing a medal no longer in production and some artwork I could only provide in the form of photographs - the results were superb and surpassed the original!”

“I am definitely happy with the final product, my patches turned out lovely. The reason why I'm only giving it 4 stars is because the service was very confusing: there were several different people handling my file and I had to repeat some instructions and corrections several times. Might just have been bad luck.”

“This was my third time ordering enamel pins from MadeByCooper and, to be completely honest, I was a little disappointed with the results on these pins. I'm not sure if it was poor timing on my part, but I placed an order during one of their multiple order promotions, and I wonder if they just got pretty swamped with orders. Either way, the quality wasn't as great as the last two orders I've gotten from them. These pins had a lot of missing enamel, specifically in the spots of the bobcat. The enamel was sunken in on a few pins, resulting in a weird bubble effect. Some pins were chipped, others had large flecks of metal showing. I picked out 20 pins out of the 100 I ordered of this design that I will absolutely not be able to sell at the full price I had set for these. I don't think I'll have an issue selling the defects at a discount, but it is unfortunate to receive such a large quantity of faulty pins (no where near as bad as an order I did with a company previously to finding MadeByCooper, but it still brought back bad feelings) in a single order. Despite that though, as usual, the communication was great, the shipping was speedy (though I still have not received a shipping notice about the other order of pins I got alongside this one), production was done within a good time frame, and most importantly, people still really like the pins (: I'm still very happy with MadeByCoopers service, and will continue doing business with them.”
