I highly recommend Made by Cooper for anyone wanting high quality pins and excellent customer service! It was my first time having my designs manufactured as an enamel pin and Made by Cooper was very quick and thorough in answering my many questions. We went through several reviews to ensure that the design was meeting my expectations while still falling within the guidelines required to make the pins. After approving the design I quickly received a notification that the pins were "in production" and an estimate of the arrival time. A couple of weeks later I received another notification that my order was "dispatched" with a shipping tracking number. The original estimate delivery dates was Oct 2-9 and I received it on October 2nd. They were absolutely perfect! The quality is amazing and exceeded my expectations!

To qualify this to start with, the badges do look good, sadly though, they were the wrong colour, they have come back gold, I appreciate that when I ordered I clicked gold plating but I assumed that this would be for the back as this was the default setting, in the design I sent over to you the design is clearly yellow and black, in the approval email it does show say gold but as it looked correct (if slightly duller) in the email I didn't see that it said gold, what was more frustrating was that there was no offer of any compromise or compensation when I emailed with Oliver. I run a design studio in Manchester and sadly I'm definitely going to be looking elsewhere (and advising many others to) when it comes to getting enamel badges made which I think in the long run will be a shame for your business. Maybe tell Oliver not to just quote T&C's at someone just because he doesn't know who they are and perhaps advise him to try and find a helpful solution to help out a client. Best, Mark

As mentioned the badges are as the approved design and of high quality.. We send designs for approval and the design you approved was what was made. We can not offer compensation on something that was made correct to specification without error. We have the process of approving a design for these reasons to ensure its correct for production and it's at that stage you should read and look at the design not when the badges are delivered.

I ordered 200 patches from made by cooper. The quote was competitive. I sent them one of our existing patches so that they could do an exact colour match, and asked them to send my original patch ( which was much larger) back with the order, as I definitely needed it back. When the order eventually arrived, the colour was not the same, and they didn't send back my original patch either, which has caused me a lot of inconvenience. In addition, during the whole process my order was handled by no less than 8 people ! No continuity in terms of point of contact!! Delivery was very slow too, and when I queried this I was told the average time was 4 weeks from final confirmation of artwork proof. Had I known this Before ordering I would definitely have gone elsewhere. All in all an average product with terrible customer service. Rob Dixon www.marplemartialarts.co.uk

Thanks for the review. Sorry if you thought it was slow, we do list production times on the quotes supplied. Regarding colour matching we explained the difference in patch style, yours was embroidered and the ones we produced are woven and that there would be a slight difference due to the process and that we are different manufacturers.

When ordering we specified our deadline which we absolutely couldn't miss. After paying we had no updates from Madebycooper so I chased them two days before the delivery date and they told me they were not going to arrive until a week after. They were very unsympathetic and were unwilling to compensate for the delay and additional costs we incurred for missing our deadline - minus the express fee which we shouldn't have paid anyway. On all occasions their support team were unfriendly and curt. The pins were of good quality but I cannot recommend them due to their late delivery and unwillingness to go out of their way to help

Where do I begin... The customer service is terrible. I am currently 2 weeks out on waiting for a reply about a batch of pins we received. 60% of our order is flawed, and now they are conveniently not replying to our emails. They made it very clear that they source out their manufacturing to China, and it's obvious that Made By Cooper does not even do quality control and inspect orders going out. So disappointed and currently out hundreds of dollars.

We have checked and these are being remade, we did reply but maybe didn't receive or in spam folder and just re-sent the email which I hope you receive? Out of the 400 there are about 60 (15%) defects which are being remade and sent to you asap. These thing happen from time to time but are being fixed for you as quick as possible.

Communication is horrible, product quality is poor and their willingness to fix issues is sad. Took me months to get my order straightened out and they still didn't fix it to a good quality standard. Never will order again from this company.

Thanks for your comments, yes, there were some issues with this job which we remade for you to try rectify the problems, Unfortunately still being unhappy with the second batch we offered to have them picked up and fully refunded which was refused.

Excellent experience with this company! Very communicative and helpful. We really liked that we could track our product through its production time. Our coins arrived more quickly than expected, and the quality was every bit as good as we’d hoped it would be. Highly recommend!

Cooper responded promptly and personally to my enquiry, produced a competitive quote (not the cheapest, but within 10%), kept me informed of the processing and expected delivery and produced a product that does exactly what I wanted it to do. Well done!

Order is weeks late. Absolutely terrible service; the customer service agents are genuinely unpleasant whenever you call and say 'obviously' quite a lot (when it isn't). Our (expensive) mold broke (apparently) but this was only highlighted on the day the order was due to be DELIVERED to the UK (over two weeks ago). Made by Cooper have (nearly) got their act together and the factory in China who make these pins are delivering directly to us (except that was meant to be yesterday) - so here we are, letting our customers down, and Made by Cooper actually (apparently, given their manner) couldn't care less that the order is now several weeks late and they continue to let us down, not least in their silence. A very poor experience.

Made by Cooper offer such a unique service as well as offers; the colour variations are amazing especially when new to enamel pins. They go above an beyond in helping create a finished product.

A brief summary of my experience with Made By Cooper: Me: I'd like this design made into a pin. Cooper: Great! Here's your proof. Me: OK, but please remove the etched metal. Here's a photo of another pin that doesn't have etched parts. That's what I want. Cooper: Sounds good! We'll make it look just like the other pin Me, 4 weeks later: Hi, I just got my pins and they have etching. What gives? Cooper: Gotcha! The pin you showed us has etching too! The etching on that pin is just so small that you can't see it. We're done here. Me: Wait, that makes no sense. Could you help me out with this? Made by Cooper: Me :( Also Me: Has to have pins remade by another manufacturer at my time and expense. I had ordered pins from them because they were running a promotion. My first warning should have been that you if you want 'high quality' pins, you have to pay more. Of the two pins styles of pins I received, about half of the first design are not-sellable and the second is not what I wanted. I now need to have both remade. There are dozens of other higher rated pin manufacturers out there. From one small business owner to another, save your money and time. Find another pin manufacturer.

HUGE MESS made of three separate orders. Charged twice for a single order that was sent to another country. Second order vanished into the either. Third order going to another country and a person who didn't pay for it. All the e-mails, invoices and tracking IDs going to the wrong people. Data protection is optional, I guess. Would not use again.
