Happy with the quality and cost of the flowers but unhappy with the complete lack of communication re delivery.
Ordered 2 days in advance, recipient was working from home so unconcerned at lack of am/pm window. Rang office twice @ 4.30pm + 6.30pm to ask if still scheduled.
Was told "up to 7.30pm".
Delivery arrived @ 7.27pm.
Needs better communication with the customer.
