The Christmas flowers themselves were nice but I was very disappointed as the flowers were delivered on the wrong day! They were meant as a surprise to my wife however they were delivered a day early so she was still at work. Also the card was a joke. The font style and size was tiny so the message did not stand out. The order number has more prominence. These are two basic things that your company should get Right. I sent in a complaint and heard nothing!! Very poor.

The day they arrived..They were lovely BUT... THE FOLLOWING DAY they started to deteriorate and by day 5 we had to dispose of them. This is not what we expect from Mad Flowers.

I’ve ordered from here twice before, 1st time the flowers died within a week and came without a card which was extremely embarrasing as no one knew who the flowers were for. Ordered again recently in November and same thing again - came with no card, definitely would not order again

Having admired madflowers arrangements for over two decades.I decided to gift a friend for her birthday.i have to say i was very disappointed.i felt the arrangement was rushed and therefore bore little resemblance to the one on the website.there was atleast five blooms and filler missing.

Flowers never arrived. Phone lines ringing out and 2 days to get a response through social media. Totally missed the occasion. Really poor!

Really bad Ordered some sympathy flowers to be delivered to an address, get a call from the delivery driver 3 days after the requested delivery day asking me where the address was. The address was mixed up with an address in blanchardstown when they should have been in Lucan. Do I know if they were delivered? No. Can I ask the recipient of they were delivered? No. Really annoying and confusing

I am highly disappointed in your delivery. I wrote a message for my girlfriend on her birthday and you delivered an empty card with a caption “No Message”. The flowers 💐 were almost dying.

The bouquet ordered was not what delivered. Different flowers. Also, the order was placed more than 2 weeks in advance however on the day it appears they forgot about the order. I contacted the store and they organised a courier to drop the flowers. They arrived late in the evening. I expect they were a rush job hence they weren't what was ordered.

Got the wrong bouquet of flowers sent. Ordered the honey bee. Got something which doesn't resemble it at all. Wouldn't recommend using this company again

I cannot even believe they sent me a survey to fill out. My order did not only arrive but also I did not hear anything from the company called Mad Flowers when I tried to track my order. They charged me and then nothing happened. I think it is a scam company. They do not respond e-mails or calls. Do not ever use it, report them if possible to be a good citizen.

Very disappointed I paid for a vase and no vase came also no card so my mam didn't know who sent them we emailed a couple of times and we were promised them but still nothing so won't be using again

Really bad experience! I bought a bouquet to be delivered to a special person. Not only they didn't send the full message/greetings, as written on the website, but also they changed the flowers without letting me know. When I contact them they said they had delivered what was bought. When I emailed them with the photo of what was delivered they simple replied saying that their florist indeed had to change some of the flowers from the bouquet. Unacceptable! How come they delivered a different flower?!?! Specially when the flower replaced was the one the person gifted hated the most. I wrote back to them and what I have received back? NOTHING. Really poor service.

Ordered Wednesday for a Friday delivery .rang on Friday to be told the order wasn't going to be sent out as the order was missed somehow .had to go to local florist to reorder a new bouquet .

The flowers never arrived. I'm currently waiting for my money to be refunded. Zero explanation. 41 phone calls, 2 voicemail and I email sent without reply.

I bought a €39 peony bouquet as a gift. It arrived with three peonies opened. They died quickly and the rest of the buds never bloomed despite following all the care instructions. Poor value and poor quality.
