“Delivered on the wrong date, card was just a printed page which looked cheap! Flowers were good but lacked what was meant to be in the bunch! Not great service! ESP when I used them before and was happy”

“The flowers in the original bouquet were so poor I complained and got sent a second one which wasn't much better. The original ones were for my mum on my dads anniversary during a lockdown where she is living alone. It was crappy to realise I sent her bad flowers. When someone is ordering flowers they expect them to be fresh and at a time when we are relying on online shopping, it should be your opportunity to impress and gain business.”
