“I have used Mad Flowers for many years sending flowers to friends and family at home . This arrangement was not as impressive as ones I have sent in the past . I was a little disappointed when my sister showed it to me via FaceTime. 😔”

“Excellent. Arrived on time and where exactly like the photo. I would love if there was an estimated delivery time or delivery information available. That’s just my preference and not a fault of the company. But would be a good service to provide. Excellent all the same and will be purchasing again.”

“My friend was delighted with her flowers. Unfortunately, the message I sent was not delivered so she had no idea who they were from. She had to contact the company to find out where they were from. I did not receive confirmation they were delivered. They did look like the picture on the website and the flowers were very fresh.”

“Flowers were beautiful and delivery was as requested. However, when it came to the inscription in the card, there was a lot left to be desired. It was simple typed text, small and hard to read. As great as it all was this took away from it all.”

“It is not easy having to order flowers for your mother's grave on the first anniversary of her passing. I wanted the flowers to be perfect, as she deserved only the best... these days ordering online, I really was putting my trust in Mad Flowers to create something wonderful. I was not disappointed. The flowers were full of colour and really did pay tribute to a woman who did some flower creations in her day. I would recommend Mad Flowers to anyone seeking something special for any occasion.”

“For the price of the flowers, I thought I would have received an email stating when they had arrived at my friends house. I didn't receive an email and then the lovely card that I had written was meant to go on the flowers was not put on My friend had no idea who they came from. So it turned out I had to ask my friend if she had received my gift. I didn't think this was expectable! I wrote to Mad Flowers on Instagram privately to explain the situation and that maybe going forward correct these mistakes. I was shrugged off and told to email someone. I just don't think they are very professional to deal with.”
