“I purchased 2 bouquets last week. One was delivered on time and was lovely however , the second bouquet was misdirected to another county and was not delivered on the indicated date. When I queried it, I never got do much as an apology. Was told it was on route the next day. When it did arrive it was damaged, having been half way round the country. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from them. No attempts to rectify the problem. Very poor customer care/service.”

“arrived next day, my granny was delighted, she said they were the jolliest happiest looking bunch she ever saw and was amazed at the amount in the bouquet. Over a week later she has picked out a few dead heads but a sizable bunch is still going strong :)”

“Mam was delighted with her gift only thing was there was no note with it saying who it was from so she’d to ring around us all to see who to thank and I had put a little note to the order, other than that it was a beautiful present 🎁”

“I recently ordered flowers from teleflorist and it was a disaster. They text the person to inform them and they were supposed to be a surprise. A few days later I needed to order another bunch for a friend and the service was second to none. I got a call apologising that my order was too late for same day delivery and the man was so kind on the phone, I didn't expect same day anyway but he was so lovely to call to let me know. The flowers arrived and my friend was delighted. I ordered the colourful tulips and there was so many of them. It made her day! Would 100% recommend. My friend said the packaging was amazing and all of the flowers were safe and secure and beautifully arranged. Will definitely be ordering from mad flowers again! T”
