I purchased 2 bouquets last week. One was delivered on time and was lovely however , the second bouquet was misdirected to another county and was not delivered on the indicated date. When I queried it, I never got do much as an apology. Was told it was on route the next day. When it did arrive it was damaged, having been half way round the country. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from them. No attempts to rectify the problem. Very poor customer care/service.
