“I am sorry to say but for the 1st time ever my partner was very disappointed with a bunch of flowers from yourselves . The roses never bloomed fully and faded away almost immediately, and definitely by day 2 had lost their lustre , usually they would last much longer .”

“Poor service.flowers were delivered to the wrong address , and the delivery person wouldn't correct the mistake.they were also dead within 24 hours.i won't be using mad flowers again!”

“I've ordered from this shop before with no problems, but my Valentine's Day order was very disappointing. The roses appeared to have been stored improperly for an extended period, perhaps in a cold storage unit. They arrived already shedding petals, and by the next morning, all the heads were drooping. This turned what should have been a romantic gesture into a rather sad-looking bouquet.”
