“Service engineer arrived on time and explained everything he did. Gave reason for the need to replace the back up battery. Telephoned to pay invoice and was looked after in a friendly bur professional manner”

“First class service. Each time I have called, the issue is resolved, normally by the first person I speak with. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and seem concerned to sort any technical issue out as quickly as possible. If only all companies were similar. Praise indeed for the Management of Lynx Fire and Security. You are 100% doing something right.”

“We have just had our annual service with Lynx fire and security. I received an email to make an appointment that was convenient for me for the service engineer to call. He arrived on time and carried out the service efficientky. Having the alarm makes us feel more secure. I would definitely recommend.”
