“The yearly service reminder was timely and prompted action from us, which was helpful. A very organised and responsive admin team dealt with booking the service engineer who was on time, helpful and thorough. “Arrived near the beginning of the 12 - 2pm slot. Completed testing & left within 30 mins. Installed new battery. Advised of potential costs of replacing keypads and control unit - expensive ! Pleasant, efficient, no hassle.”
