Good morning, I can see from our records that a digital report was sent to your email address the day following our visit. We are trying to be as paperless as we can to reduce our environmental impact. As such, our visit data and reports are now recorded and sent digitally. “Glen our Engineer was very polite and arrived on time and as usual, was very professional in his manner and expertise. His knowledge is amazing and he spent time understanding our ideas and supported it with his recommendations. All of which worked the first time. He is an asset and a great employee of your company.
