“Excellent Service from start to finish . the assessor who came out was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our questions to help fulfil our needs . my 84 year old mother ( who has dementia ) had a serious break in . not only did he advise on suitable alarm requirements needed but shared some valuable tips to avoid further break ins . The chap who also came to fit the alarm as very kind to my mother and clear on how the new system worked , 10/10 will certainly recommend . Thank you Cheryl Lander ( daughter )”

“Annual service visit recently - arranged by phone in response to reminder letter and invoice - friendly, courteous and professional staff made the required appointment. On the day the engineer arrived, in the time window arranged, and was again very friendly, polite and professional. The main panel and battery were all checked, and a walk test was completed to ensure every detector was doing its job. Another clean bill of health for our now thirty year old system. Highly recommend Lynx Fire and Security on our experience from 1993 to present”
