“Very efficient service but item found to be damaged upon arrival. However one call to Lyco and a replacement was soon received. Would certainly recommend Lyco, although I am unable to comment on the product until it is fitted.”

“Ordered 2 2D 28 watt light fittings, one arrived with broken catch, reported to customer services, who with-out question despatched replacement which arrived next day, Now that's what I call service”

“The site was easy to navigate. Delivery was prompt. The fitting was of good quality and well packed. Unfortunatly the fitting was not correct for my needs.(My Error.) I found the Returns system is easy to use and the Customer Support personnel friendly and efficient.”

“Placing order was easy and delivery was on time. Good prices and range. However, the minimum order level, for free delivery, is high so it is not a supplier I will be using frequently as I don't buy in sufficient quantities to make Lyco orders cost effective.”

“Generally pleased with these lights, except for diffusers are a bit on the flimsy side & the 2D lamps are show differently through the diffusers which spoils the effect as the are in the same room”
