“Good website and smooth transaction, only let down by the packaging when despatched. The tracks arrived intact, but the packaging was a total mess with the product hanging out and the outer carton completely in tatters.”

Thank you for your feedback. We have trialled many types of packaging and have found the current boxes and packing material which is all recycled and recyclable to be the most efficient at protecting the lamps, we have however ordered smaller boxes for single items now. There is a button on the webpage (just under shopping cart in top right) which you can choose to show prices either with or without VAT on the webpage.I hope this helps in future. “Easy to order from. Delivery costs reasonable - many other retailers sending from England seem to think that they can charge exorbitant amounts of postage to send products to Northern Ireland.”
