“I phoned Lighting-Direct to query a product. When the phone went dead before apparently being answered, I rung off. Almost immediately they phone me back saying they could hear nothing either. The fact that they took the trouble to do so impressed me and convinced me that here was a firm that valued my custom. Having received advice I promptly gave them an order. That order was given at 6.50pm and it arrived at 9.50 am the following day, and with no delivery charge. Now that's what I call service. Well Done Lighting- Direct.”

“Initial service was excellent and lights arrived really quickly, however I received one blue set and one green instead of two blue. I emailed customer service and was told a reply may take 3 days.....it has now been 5 days and still no response”

“We have 3 sets of these lights they are brilliant we never take them in for winter one set is 4 years old it make the garden so good on dark nights the charge seems to last well into the night good company got them very quickly thank you carol”

“I received the light fitting I ordered the following day, after installing the light fitting it was found out to be faulty. I called LYCO to ask what is the next step to do, they sent a replacement out the same day I called them and it arrived the following day.. great service and would use again”
