“Web site information clear & no problem ordering. The prices of the items were very competitive and the delivery next day was excellent. Goods seem fine but I haven't yet used them.”

“I find the web site too busy. I quite often can't find what I want even though I know you must sell it. I end up ringing you, sometimes more than once, to find out where to find item. I have sometimes got so frustrated with the site I have bought elsewhere. Sometime the items can be inadequately pack, although the last lot were fine.”

“Very efficient servce. Good value for money in this instance. I usually find, however, that I need to check suppliers of similar products because Lyco can be expensive.”
