“I found that the producers of the light were Penney pinching in the extreme. To produce this light and then ask the buyer to buy a 20 MM. grommet is most inconvenient and cannot be bought singley. I doubt that providing 1 with each light would add more than 5p. I spent hours plush 20 mile drive then had to buy 10 for £2.00 F W HORSLEY answer”

“I had a problem with the bulb apparently being to small in the screw dimension. One e mail and I received a phone call suggesting that my original bulb screwed into a wider base before being fitted into the downlight. I'd never come across such an arrangement and was delighted to find that that was indeed the source of my problem. In short a really helpful support team. Thank you.”
